Community Wellness Program
The Good Neighbor Campaign's Provider Resources Program serves as the connector between our community and trusted care. Whether it's primary care, dental, behavioral health, housing, or food access .
Youth Innovation Center
Youth Development Programs for participants ages 14 through 24 Westside Health Authority’s Innovation Center focuses on working with young residents to help them realize their potential in becoming agents of change within their community.
Reentry
Adult Services
Westside Health Authority’s Community Re-Entry Center specializes in helping all individuals with felony backgrounds, whether on-parole or off-parole, as well as returning citizens reintegrating back into their communities.
Special Projects
In a continued effort to create opportunities for the citizens of the Greater Westside in Chicago, Westside Health spearheaded the $5.5M Austin Wellness Center and Clinic, the Austin Peace and Justice Plaza, and SSA 72 Chicago
