The Flood Assistance Repair Program (FARP) is seeking licensed general contractors and subcontractors to provide essential services to flood-affected homeowners across Chicago’s West Side. We are especially committed to working with MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) and WBE (Women Business Enterprise) certified firms.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Licensed general contractors (City of Chicago or Cook County)
  • MBE/WBE certified contractors
  • Teams with experience in: muck-out, mold remediation, basement build-back
  • Chicago-based crews (50% local labor goal)

Requirements :

  • Proof of general contractor license
  • General liability and workers’ compensation insurance
  • MBE/WBE certifications (if applicable)
  • Compliance with prevailing wage and safety standards
  • Ability to submit documentation via our ECM system
